West Somerset Council are currently consulting the public on proposed areas to be subject to dog exclusion order. This new order will replace the Dog Control Order (Exclusion) 2010 which detailed 20 areas for dog exclusion. The proposed Order looks to include the same areas as previously granted in addition to three additional areas. There are:
Barnsclose Playing Field, Dulverton
Play area within Recreation Ground, Washford
Recreation Ground, Wheddon Cross
Any comments regarding any of the proposed areas should be received in these offices by 3rd May 2012 to ensure they are fully considered.
