Housing Benefit Customer Survey

The purpose of this survey is to enable customers of the Council's Housing Benefit service to provide feedback on the service they have received and to have their say on the future service plans and standards.

Information from this survey will be used to inform improvements to service delivery within the Housing Benefit service, but also the wider service plans of the Council.
