| Statement of Licensing Act 2003 Policy The Licensing Act 2003 requires the Council to review and update its Statement of Licensing Policy every three years. The existing policy expires in January 2011. From 16th August to 8th November 2010 the Council is consulting with a number of key stakeholders on the draft revised policy, which is now available for consultation. |
